A residential real-estate developer running a limited-period multi-project sales campaign
High-Conversion Landing Page for a Time-Bound Property Sale
A conversion-focused campaign landing page that turns a time-bound property sale into qualified site-visit leads flowing straight into the developer's sales pipeline.

The challenge
The developer needed to drive bookings for a fixed-window sale event spanning three residential projects, with limited inventory and a hard deadline. Walk-in interest had to be captured as structured, sales-ready leads and routed reliably into their CRM, without losing prospects to manual data entry or a single integration failing silently.
Our approach
We owned the build end to end, from the campaign UX to the lead-capture backend. The page is engineered around urgency and clarity, pairing a live countdown, project showcases, social proof, and a promo video with a low-friction registration form, while the server-side lead pipeline writes to both a spreadsheet and the sales CRM with independent fault tolerance so a single failure never drops a lead.
What we built
- A responsive, animation-rich campaign landing page with per-project showcases, FAQs, testimonials, a sticky promo video, and persistent mobile and desktop calls-to-action
- A live event countdown with automatic post-deadline state handling that gracefully retires the offer when the sale window closes
- A server-side lead-capture API that submits each registration to both Google Sheets and the sales CRM in parallel, with per-channel error handling and secret-redacted logging so one channel failing never loses the lead
Outcome
Delivered a production-ready, fully responsive campaign site that captures site-visit interest and reliably routes structured leads into the developer's CRM and spreadsheet of record, giving the sales team a dependable, real-time funnel for the duration of the event.
